Jiu-Jitsu is all about experience. Our classes are a great opportunity for you to learn a mix of basic, and some more advanced techniques. These classes are great for students of all belt levels.

Classes will focus on:

  • Natural Movement, where we refine instinctive reflexes through basic movement patterns to increase reliability in a self defence scenario.

  • Technical Learning/Training, where you will obtain knowledge in a variety of positions and techniques to help you deal with an attacker.

  • You will also learn how to mange your energy effectively by using timing and leverage instead of power.
